1:1 COACHING

For the woman becoming her own highest authority.

What becomes possible when you stop looking outside yourself for permission, direction, and approval?

An intimate and transformational mentorship for the woman ready to become her own highest authority and live a life that is truly hers.

Through Buddhist wisdom, parts work, body practices, and creative expression, we turn your life into the ground of your practice. Your relationships, your fears, your desires, your grief, your creativity. All of it belongs.

Come as you are, with everything you've lived and everything you're becoming. Together, we make room for more freedom, more intimacy, more expression, and the enormous life that wants to move through you. This is the place for you to live out your dreams and make the most of your one precious life!

WHO IS THIS FOR?

For the woman who has spent years being capable, responsible, and available to everyone else, and is ready to ask: What about the life I actually want?

For the woman who knows what she wants until someone she loves wants something different. Who can hold so much for others, yet still questions her own knowing. Who is tired of negotiating with her fears, explaining her choices, and abandoning parts of herself to belong.

You want intimacy, creative expression, freedom, and a life that feels like your own. You're willing to look at what's uncomfortable, question what you've always believed, and meet the parts of yourself you've learned to manage, hide, or silence.

My clients are ready to be met, not managed. They're willing to participate fully in their own lives.

If you're reading this and something in you already knows, don't overthink it. Reach out and tell me where you are. That's the first step. This work asks for curiosity, courage, honesty, and a willingness to slow down enough to listen. There is no checklist for becoming your own highest authority.

DO YOU NEED THIS?

What would change in your life if you became your own greatest resource?

If you trusted your knowing, understood your patterns, and could meet your fears without handing them the authority to decide for you?

Consider how much of your life is shaped by the relationship you have with yourself. How you love, choose, create, work, relate, and respond when life doesn't go as planned.

You invest in your body, your business, your future. This is that same investment turned toward the person who is living all of it.

You already have a life happening. The question is how you want to live it.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT FROM THERAPY OR CONVENTIONAL COACHING?

This is not therapy. It’s not conventional coaching. It’s counsel: honest, intimate, and precise.

A deeply personal relationship that brings together Buddhist wisdom, parts work, body practices, and honest, intimate conversation.

We work with your life as it is happening. Your relationships, your fears, your desires, your protectors, your patterns, and the parts of you that are asking to be heard.

With over a decade of Buddhist study and practice, alongside my training in contemplative psychotherapy and parts work, I bring both ancient wisdom and practical tools into the very real experience of being human.

We learn to understand your inner world, listen to your body, and develop the discernment to recognize what is true for you and choose from there.

Your life becomes the practice.

WHAT'S IT LIKE TO WORK WITH ME?

No two women get the same conversation. I meet you as you actually are, with everything that’s present, without a formula or an agenda for who you should become.

Together, we get curious about the parts of you that have been protecting, leading, and sometimes limiting your life. We look at the patterns you return to, the fears that make your decisions, the desires you haven't given yourself permission to follow, and the possibilities you may not yet be able to see.

There is room for all of it. Your grief, your joy, your contradictions, your ambition, your tenderness, your creative power.

I will ask the questions you may have been avoiding. I will challenge you, listen deeply, and help you recognize when an old protection is taking the lead.

And little by little, you begin to experience what it means to become your own highest authority. To trust yourself, make your own choices, and participate more fully in the life that is yours.t.

WHAT'S MY METHODOLOGY?

Buddhist Wisdom. Parts Work. The Body. Creative Expression. Connection.

My work is rooted in over a decade of Tibetan Buddhist study and practice, contemplative psychotherapy, parts work, and the wisdom of the body.

Through conversation, meditation, writing, voice, movement, and imagination, we explore your inner world, understand your protectors, and make space for the parts of you that have been suppressed, silenced, or left behind.

Clients have described me as a spiritual big sister. Wise, honest, playful when needed, and willing to meet you wherever you are. I bring everything I've studied, practiced, lived, and integrated into our work together.

This is not self-improvement. There is nothing here to optimize.

We learn to meet what has been buried, understand what has been protecting you, and reclaim the energy and power that have been tied up in survival.

That energy becomes available for your life. For loving, creating, choosing, expressing, and living more freely.

WHY DO I DO THIS WORK?

Over a decade ago, I left a life that had checked every box and still felt hollow. I bought a one-way ticket to India with no real plan beyond finding some relief and hoping to find what was actually true for me.

What I uncovered changed the way I understood myself, my mind, my relationships, and what it means to be alive.

I began teaching in 2016. First yoga, then meditation, then one-on-one work. What began as my own search became a lifelong devotion to understanding what creates real change, how we meet the roots of our suffering, and how we learn to live with greater freedom.

Through years of Buddhist study, retreats, working with people, loving, losing, grieving, and beginning again, I've come to know that our lives are the very ground of our practice.

Everything I've lived, studied, and integrated informs how I work with women today. And after all these years, I remain as devoted to this path as I was when I first began.

My life is my practice. And how I live is how I serve..

THE VALUES THAT SHAPE THIS WORK:

INTIMACY: We go there together. All of you is welcome. You'll learn to stay connected to yourself, even when things get uncomfortable.

INSPIRATION & WISDOM: I share what I've studied, practiced, and lived. I ask questions, offer perspective, and help you recognize the wisdom and authority already within you.

CREATIVITY: We turn our inner world into art. Through writing, voice, movement, imagination, and expression, we discover new ways to relate to ourselves and create with everything life gives us.

ACCOUNTABILITY & CARE: You'll be met with honesty, compassion, and personal practices that keep the work alive between sessions. We return to what matters, again and again.

TRANSFORMATION: We upcycle everything. Our pain, wounds, fears, heartbreaks, and greatest challenges become part of the path, transforming into wisdom, purpose, and power for the life we're creating. Nothing is wasted.

EMBODIED WISDOM: What you learn becomes part of you. Through study, practice, and integration, you develop an inner intelligence you can trust and rely on. Wisdom that lives in you and changes how you move through the world.

ARE YOU READY TO:

Take up space, be seen, and stop shrinking your expression. Recognize your patterns, meet your emotions and past wounds, and tell your story from a place of power.

Deepen your spiritual practice and Buddhist studies, bringing ancient wisdom into your everyday life. Expand your capacity to hold grief, heartbreak, and the inevitable changes of being alive.

Understand your fear, shame, and guilt, and learn to work with them instead of letting them take over. Get to know the parts of you that learned to protect, please, perform, and hide.

Trust your knowing, communicate your needs clearly, and make choices from your own authority.

Discover what you want, trust that, and give yourself permission to live accordingly. Feel at home in yourself, whole and enough, exactly as you are. Build relationships that nourish, with yourself, your partner, and the people who matter most.

Navigate the pivot points of your life with tenderness: career, identity, loss, desire, and reinvention.
