THE DAKINI HOUSEONLINE MEMBERSHIP FOR EMPOWERMENT AND INNER FREEDOM
A place where you feel safe enough to go deep, and alive enough to want more.
The Dakini House is an online studio for creative expression and a temple for spiritual practice. A global community of women devoted to inner freedom, empowerment, and the art of living as oneself.
Three times a month, we come together to study, explore, meditate, move, and give life to our desires. To be witnessed, challenged, inspired, supported, and to get free together.
Imagine a life that reflects the magnificent potential inside of you.
Your life is your practice. Your life is your work of art.
01/ WHAT IS A DAKINI?
Feminine wisdom in motion.
In Tibetan Buddhism, Dakini means “Sky Dancer,” also often translated as feminine embodiment of enlightened wisdom and transformative energy.
She tells the truth. She moves and creates. She does not stay small.
For us as women in the modern world, the Dakini is a fierce example of vulnerability as strength. The courage to stay open, to feel deeply, and to meet life without hiding behind the identities and protections that once kept us safe.
She is tender and fierce, wild and wise. Her power lives in her capacity to meet life fully.
A WOMAN WHO IS HER OWN MUSE, AND WHOSE LIFE IS HER PRACTICE AND WORK OF ART.
02/ THE MONTHLY SESSIONS
A place to come home to.
Four sessions a month. New monthly themes. An ongoing practice for your life.
Each week, we come together to study, practice, explore, and give expression to our lives through a different experience.
Every month introduces a new theme, from relationships and desire to grief, authority, impermanence, and manifestation.
Each session stands on its own. Come to one, two, or all four.
The sessions:
1. THE EMPOWERMENT
Explore, understand, and gain perspective.
Explore the monthly theme through Buddhist teachings, coaching, and inquiry. Leave with a deeper understanding of your mind, your patterns, and your own authority.
2. MANIFESTING CIRCLE
Speak, be witnessed, and give life to your desires.
A circle for honest conversation, listening, parts work, and exploring what you want to create. A place to be heard without needing to perform or explain yourself.
3. THE PRACTICE I
Turn inward, reflect, and integrate.
Guided meditation, breathwork, contemplation, and writing. A space to integrate the teachings, listen to your inner world, and deepen your relationship with yourself.
4. THE PRACTICE II
Move, express, and experiment.
Breath, movement, mantra, voice, visualization, and creative expression. Integrate the teachings through the body, move out of the thinking mind, and experience what you're learning.
03/ THE WOMEN OF THE HOUSE
COME AS YOU ARE. COME WHEN YOU CAN.Some women have been part of The House for three years. Others join for a month, a season, or whenever they feel called.
This is a place you can come to all four sessions, one or two, or practice with the recordings on your own time. There is no catching up, no falling behind, and no pressure to participate in any particular way.

05/ THE DAKINI METHOD
Created by Moun D’Simone, after a decade of Tibetan Buddhist study, trainings, retreats, practice, and service. Five dimensions of one living practice. Each opens a doorway, and together they become a way of living.
BUDDHIST WISDOM: study the nature of the mind, uncover innate capacity for compassion and potential.
PARTS WORK: meet younger parts and protectors, rewrite beliefs, and cultivate inner authority.
THE BODY: move beyond the thinking mind. Breath, mantra, movement, to feel, release, and embody.
CREATIVE EXPRESSION: explore desires, imagination, and pleasure, open creative potential portal.
COMMUNITY: be witnessed, challenged, and supported, practice intimacy, and courage to be seen.
06/ THE PILLARS OF THE HOUSE
Rooted in wisdom.
Alive in expression.
I Your life is your art
Nothing is wasted. The grief, the confusion, the relationships, the desires, the moment you notice something you can no longer unsee. Your spiritual life is your actual life. They were never separate.
II Practice, play, pleasure
Practice is the container. Play because without it, practice becomes another way to be hard on yourself. Pleasure because women have been taught to earn it, delay it, justify it. And we’re here to rewrite that.
III Courage, connection, vulnerability
Courage because you have to be willing to look. Connection because we cannot do this alone, and community becomes a pool of possibility. Vulnerability because when we're defended, nothing gets in or out.
07/ THIS MONTH IN THE HOUSE
NOVEMBER: THE FREE WOMAN
The woman who becomes the mother to her inner child and gives herself permission to live as the woman she's truly here to be.
We explore the identities we learned to live through, the parts of ourselves still seeking approval, and the freedom of no longer abandoning ourselves to belong.
Through Buddhist teachings on attachment, aversion, and emptiness, purification, loving-kindness, parts work, meditation, and creative expression, we'll practice becoming our own highest authority.
She's no longer the martyr. She's the mother. She can care for herself and her child. She can be discerning, powerful, tender, wild, and playful. She can want more, receive more, and live in the multitudes. She can be fully expressed without being fully exposed.
THE EMPOWERMENT: Beyond the Good Girl
Buddhist teachings on attachment, aversion, and emptiness. Meet the identities and inner dialogue that keep you bound to your conditioning, and discover the freedom beyond them.
MANIFESTING CIRCLE: The Woman Who Wants More
Making room for desire, pleasure, and possibility. Meeting the younger parts that question your worth and fear being seen, while giving voice to what you truly want.
THE PRACTICES: Becoming Her Refuge
Through purification, loving-kindness meditation, and the body, practice becoming the mother your younger parts need. She can care for her child and still be wild and free.

I let go of the shame and regret, and got the clarity to help others with sobriety. Moun's energy and genuine love and passion is unmatched!"
Ellie

"The Dakini House is a place where I’ve met women that are showing me a new and loving way to relate to a sisterhood. The way you lead the sessions is so nurturing too, validating each of our pov and experiences, and inviting us to expand our vision with devotion. You meet us where each of us are."

"I’m so grateful to be a part of The Dakini House, especially since it offers several opportunities to meet a month. The depth of love I find inside, the parts of myself I get to meet and hold, the witnessing of the community, is profound. Moun’s way of teaching, guiding, sharing, mirroring, her wisdom and big heart is such a gift. A sacred space where our humanness and divinity get to meet. All parts of us are welcome."
Maria

"This community was a space to imagine and visualise, to empower my visions. I learned about different women who have embodied the Dakini path with their practices and life’s purpose. The practices helped me to learn more about compassion, wisdom and presence. A path to focus on my vision".

"Being part of a community where you can show up in all your humanness and still be loved unconditionally has been instrumental in my growth. As someone who once avoided being seen in my mess, I discovered the profound transformation. Best part - Moun is your cheerleader, offering wisdom, new ways to look at the world and pushes you to meet your edges. She is the real deal."

09/ MEET YOUR TEACHER
I'm Mountaha, and I go by Moun.
Brazilian-born Buddhist practitioner, practical mystic, lifelong devotee of love, real practice, deep retreats, old-wound healing, and making art out of all of it.
Everything started in the fall of 2014 with a one-way ticket to India.
I've been teaching since 2016, sharing this work with women around the world through retreats, courses, meditation, and private mentorship. My path has taken me through years of Tibetan Buddhist study, extended retreats in India and Nepal, and a continuous devotion to practicing what I teach.
From these years of study, practice, and service, I developed The Modern Dakini Method, weaving together Buddhist wisdom, parts work, the body, and creative expression. It's mystical and practical, playful, irreverent, and built for community.
Then, in the summer of 2023, shortly after my mother passed, The Dakini House was born. It became my home, too.
A space for women to come together to heal, transform, play, and stop apologizing. A container for women to build the lives they came here for, with one another. And most of all, I'm a deep student of living fully. Of embracing the longing, loving, and grief.
Through practice, community, and creative expression, I've built a life beyond my thinking, through death, heartbreak, and everything in between.
And I want that for you. A real practice. A real community. The chance to come all the way home to yourself.
If that's what you're here for, welcome home.
