Modern Dakini Retreat

A 3-DAY URBAN IMMERSION IN NYC, JULY 11th - 13th

An exploration of Self through community, somatic inquiry, psychology, Buddhism, and creative expression.

Reclaim Your Truth. Remember Your Freedom.

This is a space for the woman who is ready to meet herself more fully in her body, her relationships, her power, and her path. Over three days in the heart of New York City, we gather in person to engage in the deep, sacred, and wildly human work of returning to who we truly are.

Rooted in the Modern Dakini Approach, a combination of Buddhist wisdom, somatic practices, psychological inquiry, creative expression, and devotional ritual, this immersive retreat is a portal, a remembering, a reclamation.

We are inherently whole, emotional, spiritual, and relational beings.

This is an opportunity to remember that truth and take up space more fiercely and freely as yourself.

A Modern Dakini is a devoted, embodied woman who lives and leads from her whole self, bridging wisdom, depth, and play. Inspired by the Buddhist Dakini, she is a liberated feminine force—both muse and mirror—who dances between worlds, cuts through illusion, and guides us to what’s real, direct, embodied truth.

We will move, breathe, grieve, laugh, witness, and play.

Through partner work, spiritual teachings, embodiment practices, and ritual, we reconnect the inner threads of safety, expression, and connection.

This retreat invites you to be seen in a world that so often asks us to hide. Not for who you perform to be, but for who you already are.

A space for female vulnerability, relational joy, spiritual depth, and the kind of aliveness that only emerges when we dare to come home to ourselves, and each other.

Come as you are. Leave with more of yourself.

“Each of Moun’s exercises leads us to a more free version of ourselves. I cannot say thank you enough for not only introducing me to a precious group of women that I have bonded with but introducing me to new potential in myself and my dharma.

Ann

“Moun creates a safe space that helps us, students, to open up and speak freely. She always listened to me with undivided attention. I learned to see things from another perspective, be patient, accept the things that I cannot change, and many other life-changing tools that are helping me go through life with more ease.
